Payment Method

About delivery of products
The delivery time for products in our online catalog is usually 5-7 days. If the delivery time is longer than 2 weeks, we will notify you in advance.
Regarding fees other than the product price
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of your purchased items.
In addition, regarding taxes levied at the time of import, normally customs duties are not levied on automobile parts, so you will only have to pay consumption tax. However, customs duties may be levied depending on the contents of the product.
An invoice for this fee will be sent by the shipping company and will be settled separately in Japan.

About product returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of unused products within 30 days of receiving the product. If you wish to return the product, please contact us in advance. Please note that the shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.
If we deliver the wrong product due to our human error, we will exchange it for the correct product at our expense, including return shipping costs.
If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a new product within 6 months of receiving the product, even if it is still in use. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product, but the customer will be responsible for the tax on the import of the replacement product and the shipping cost of the returned parts. Please note that we cannot compensate for the labor costs incurred for the installation of the product, etc.
